    The CEO is the one whose job isn’t worth minimum wage. The people on the front lines – cashiers, service techs, salespeople, lifeguards, teachers – the ones who meet the customers are the ones whose jobs are worth the most, ‘cause they’re the people who represent the company, who take in the money, and who have to explain the bosses’ stupidity to the customers. And they’re the ones the customers complain to when the behind-the-scenes managers make stupid decisions.
