I’m a lot more concerned about the thousands of actual guaranteed to work nukes we, and Russia still have, then China, and well the hundreds that Israel has (but denies), than Kim sitting on some prototypes that may or may not work, and are two heavy for the “throw weight” of the missiles he’s got, with nowhere logical to send them.
“D” : Name one reason why even Kim would launch an attack on Japan, with the certainty that he’d be dusted in less than 40 minutes. Even attacking the south with a nuke would be senseless, as his artillery can already reach Soule.
