Yes, and milk is a good source of nutrition…in addition to calcium, it also provides vitamin D, and only whole milk is hard to digest…lowfat (2%) or nonfat (skim) is not hard to digest at all.
It’s hard to digest if you’re lactose intolerant. I’m glad I’m not. I HAVE, however, been drinking skim so long that I have to chew 2% and cut whole milk with a knife.
i heard abt that…. i drink Silk milk instead… no i am not allergic. since i been drinking that my tummy been much better and not much consipated either

Being that she is his “Echo”, wouldn’t they have the same birthday? It would sure make it easier to remember hers.
