This was one of the very first coins in my collection. a dime from the year my father was born. So , of course I had to add my mom and my two sister! sadly, Im the only one still living. the coins themselves aren't very valuable. yes they are.

I’m waiting for Jojo to co-opt the coins, sell them and build his grandfather something special with the money he got from selling something he didn’t own, just like Dad did. I still think that’s theft, and the ends don’t justify the means.

For her 55th birthday, I gave my mother two nickles from her birth year. We had her funeral today.
