Definition of the tea party movement from Wikipedia: “The Tea Party movement is an American political movement that advocates strict adherence to the United States Constitution, reducing U.S. government spending and taxes, and reduction of the U.S. national debt and federal budget deficit.” Which of these principles are you intending to ridicule, Mr. Anderson?
What, you don’t want socialization? What kind of hermit are you? Are you sure that’s the word you want? I would have thought that, at a Tea Party there would be plenty of socializing.
Now there’s a bright comment. “Libtards”? Oh, ho-ho. How come you Tea Party types don’t know English? I thought you were English only advocates, but it’s hard to advocate a language you’re not proficient in. Should we stick with baby-talk with you guys? Do you need an explanation of “proficient”?
You know, its sad that we have become a people who feel that everyone MUST be either a rightwing nutcase or a leftist weenie. Anyone who is not on an extreme is definitely outta touch.
I favored the new “Tea Party” from day one.I thank the movement for producing Americans willing to sacrifice private lives to serve in the tradition of our Founding Fathers, all of whom lost their wealth, if they had it, for uniting in the Revolution for Liberty.-Americans like Sarah Palin who in spite of liberals and anti-conservative dems and repubs kept on message and is still today active in trying to save the Republic from those who are trying to transform it into a clone of Euro-collectivism.-I like Texas’ new Senator Cruz….he is one of many who see the value of the principles fought for by our Founders…a citizen government, upholding freedoms to be independent and self-supporting at home and locally and to keep the central government limited to the Constitution’s specific duties.-God Bless posters like Bruce4671.
There are also many unflattering comments about the Tea Party on Wikipedia. Here are a few:*“The Tea Party agenda is not well defined, though it is anti-government, anti-spending, anti-immigration and anti-compromise politics.”*“The Tea Party movement has been cited as an example of grassroots political activity, although it has also been described as an example of astroturfing.”
Cruz is just Joe McCarthy’s dumber decendent, and the TEA party HE pulls, is a garbage barge. Though some folks when the TEA party got started were at least a little rational, today’s members aren’t, and obviously haven’t ever read that Constittuion they keep claiming to want back, well, unless it’s the one from the Third Reich.

If you, the Tea Party, and Senator Cruz valued freedom and individualism as you so claimed, y’all wouldn’t be against equal rights for gays…..(end quote)-Jase, I value freedoms and individualism only as long as those are used to act and behave in legal and morally correct ways. God is against homosexual activity all through the Bible…Old and New Testaments. I am a Bible believer before I am a US Constitution believer. And the Constitution was written by God-fearing or God-respecting men who gave all they had to found this Nation under God.-it is anti-God and anti-Bible rebels who have the nerve to use freedom of speech to promote pandering to a tiny percent of our population that has little history of ever being “legalized” in any nation. And God will have the last word on America’s choosing to enshrine immorality into law. Don’t expect God to bless Sodom of the USA.

Today’s Tea Party is nothing like the original Tea Party and Ms Ima lives in a different planet than the rest of civilization!
