It’s disingenuous to compare household finance with government finance. One is not simply a larger scale version of the other—they are supposed to complement one another to allow for the healthiest possible economy.
The US govt. attempts to control the economy have failed miserably many times. They need to just protect our rights and butt out. Nevermind, it’s too late, we’re so screwed…
