My Pioneer PL-2 has a speed control button that can’t decide whether it wants to play at 45 or 33

Many years ago a sorry asxxxx guy broke into my house and stole my Dual 1019 turntable while I was at work.

This great turntable was a work of art, with its walnut base and diamond stylus.

Hope the &&$#@ enjoyed it. I wish that I could have shot him. He got no jail time nor he was not even required to pay me back for his crime. Said he was drunk at the time. Got off with nothing. What a joke.

I sold many of these great products in the sixties when tube type McIntosh, Fisher and Sansui Amps and receivers were the obscure objects of desire.

I bought three My McIntosh components from Don McIntosh in 1968 and received a forty percent discount. It was still $3000 bucks at that time. These days 12K or better plus I am sure. This timeless stuff still works and now my daughter wants it when I go to off the old planet.
