Politicians, never waste a good crisis, their own, money, or pass up an opportunity to travel on the government’s dollar. Also, spend taxpayers money on special projects that have little use, but make themselves look like they are doing something.
Actually, I prefer it when politicians hang out on the beach, sip drinks and dine in fancy restaurants at the taxpayers’ expense. When they get “free” food, lodging and entertainment from lobbyists, it always ends up costing us a lot more.
