I’m surprised that Cathy isn’t complaining about how no one is calling her cell phone.

I set mine to chatter like a star trek communicator. I think it’s cool.

The look of the phones are pretty funny. How did men carry them with no purse?

I find it prescient that in an old “Fibber McGee and Molly” radio program, Fibber invents doorbell ringtones. Each person who pushed the doorbell button was announced by a different series of musical notes. If only Fibber had taken out a patent. :)

Even more true today – except that there are so many unique ‘ring tones’ available it is rare to hear two phones with the same ring. Some people are quite creative in the selection of the song they use – I know one whose ring tone makes it obvious to all around her that she does not really want to hear from the person calling. I never did get to ask the man with ‘The Bitch is Back’ ringtone just who was calling him.

Another great Saturday. Saw my first robin yesterday looking for bugs on the few grassy patches on the lawn. I don’t think he really wanted to dig through the snow on the rest of the lawn. That and a small flock of geese flying by means that it is definitely spring here – finally. I hope your spring day is beautiful.

I guess they’re in the security part of the airport? Never knew any other places make you go away from your phone …

At first I was thinking they were talking about kids, until the “higher pitch” line.

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
