You can refresh a stale cookie by sprinkling a bit of water on it, and wrap it lightly in Saran Wrap or a paper towel. Then place it in the microwave for a few seconds. Experiment to get it just right. No more stale cookie. Works for bread rolls, donuts, etc.
Those cookies must have been really well hidden to last 3 weeks.
Saw the report from the New Year’s Eve flyby and fireworks event. It raised over $69,000 for the Community Cancer Care program. Definitely a successful event.
