I wish I could ask my Mom, at what age, Exactly, do I get to eat whatever I want?

If this is a preschool, they get a nap too. Oh and playtime… yay!

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! Have a great day, all!

Many Americans appear to have anxiety attacks if there is no food within sight. It’s how we’ve become Obese Nation.

What a perfect time to be eating my mid-afternoon snack (which qualifies as lunch since I eat breakfast around 11:00am). My food program allows for one snack around 2:00pm, one while reading before bed, and as many as I want at other times. I try to skip those other times so as not to be too full for supper or the other snacks – oh, and to try to keep the scales from showing a higher number.

Wow, busy week this week. Spent all day yesterday in a virtual conference. Not as fun as a face-to-face conference but better than nothing. Really unusual weather for us – still hitting near 20C (68F) every day. Normally much closer to 10C (50F) in mid October.I hope you are getting fine weather as well.

Snack me, baby! (And hopefully not “Smack me”, as I originally typed by accident. Ha.)

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
