Mrs. Hillman: We hiked to the end of the driveway and back! Then we replaced nutrients we lost in case we sweated: 190 calories. Replaced antioxidants we lost from exposure to the elements: 282 calories. Replaced carbs we lost in our cardio surge: 374 calories. Mr. Hillman: Calories burned on our six-minute walk: 23. Calories eaten to recover from our six-minute walk: 846. Mrs. Hillman: When they said ,"No pain, no gain", I had no idea how much extra weight we could put on by starting a fitness program!

If you lose fat and build up muscle instead, you could gain weight, since muscle weighs more than fat.

This is way to real. I have seen people consume more calories because they exercised then they worked off. Hmm, maybe if they had to buy their own treats instead of eating Cathy and Irving’s food they would not eat so much. Maybe not.
3rd and final day of the conference today. Still think it was far better to meet in person in Phoenix AZ then over the net. Still, virtual is better than no conference at all. I hope you all had an interesting day too.

Really? Why are Cathy & Irving supplying all the goodies…let them buy their own and also let them walk to the store to get it.
