I suspect anything in a box as being generally unhealthy. The further from fresh it is the worse it is for you.

So tiny at first I thought it said “920 calories”!

Most of this is pretty true. Don’t believe the hype, but instead read the fine print. If you want to be certain, just eat food that is as close to it’s natural state as possible. Instead of a snack out of a bag or box, have an apple or a slice of cheese. You’ll feel fuller for longer and your body will be able to use it better.

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! Got home yesterday. It was not a good tournament for Lil’s team. They combined the top level of teams with the regular teams, so they lost almost everything (they beat one team). It was pretty disappointing. But we did enjoy Savannah and the weather was cool, which was nice. Unfortunately I fought a bad cold most of the time and I got a speeding ticket on the way home (whoops!), so I could have done without either of those. Thanks for your good wishes though! It means a lot to us. :-) Have a great day, all!

Everything in moderation…some junk food won’t hurt you, but if that’s all you eat, well….you are what you eat.

I must admit: She kinda has a point here. Where’s a magnifying glass when you need one? Of course, one could try to focus on the fine print, generally speaking, for better results, but what fun would that be?

    HI, MOM. Greetings, “Cathy” Clan.
