I just discovered thia amazing place to read Cathy! I thought Ms. Guisewite had retired though, are these new or old ones that I’ve somehow managed to forget/miss?

Hmmm. One regular set of tongs (not temperature taking), one temperature taking fork (gift from my Dad), that is it. No other accessories for my BBQ. Who needs a LED propane level indicator – just keep a spare full take ready. I flag my country’s colours on our flagpole every day of the year and don’t feel it needed to wear them on Canada Day.
Oh, Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians. And a happy start of the July 4th week for those south of our border.
Beautiful day to celebrate I guess, we have hit near 40C with the humidex. Way too hot for me to do much. I guess I am more used to that temperature with a minus in front of it. Good excuse to watch another FIFA game.

Happy Canada Day, hendelca!! I was looking and noticed that it was actually hotter at our cottage by Parry Sound than it was here north of Detroit…tho it was plenty hot here too. Problem at the cottage is that there is no air conditioning…why would you ever need it?
