Huh? Maybe I’m not quite awake, but isn’t that a good thing? Don’t you want to love and accept yourself, which if that leads to weight loss, even better! Either way, you are healthier on the inside, and now you have the bonus of being healthier on the outside.Good morning, Cathy clan!
