Story of my life Cathy…

I don’t mind having to deal with emails at work — except for when I get ten of them from the same client with the exact same question that my boss and I have already answered five times!

You know how old this strip by the fact that she’s not always using her smart phone.

Here’s a work e-mail conundrum for y’all from before I retired from teaching: Intercom (principal) — Ms. Catsarge, have you not checked your e-mail? I really need a response from you immediately. Me — I’ll get right on it (thinking, I try to spend most of my time interacting with students, not sitting in front of my computer! Hmmmph.Hope all members of the Cathy Clan are having a great day so far!

I haven’t had a job outside my house in almost 12 years so thankfully I don’t have to deal with THAT kind of e-mail anymore — just the really funny ones sent to me by family and friends (but even then, only 2 or 3 a day, and sometimes I don’t get any at all).

And a special WELCOME! all the new people I’ve seen joining us over the last few days! So glad to “see” you all here!!!!! ;-)

I get more than I can handle — I’m about 3 weeks behind right now — and like you Mom, they are from friends and a lot of them take 10 minutes or more. I also get a LOT of political stuff.

I too am glad to see the newcomers (and the oldcomers:)

Ow … felt pain from my brain being hit by another massive [eye-roll].
