The place to shop are in those stores that now sell things by sizes, 0, 1, 2, or 3.

Buying a swim suit is depressing no matter how they size them.Good morning, Cathy clan!! 4 more days of school here!Shyygirl – Thank you for clarifying what I said for legal eagle yesterday! You totally understood. :-) And a big CONGRATULATIONS to your graduate! He (she?) must be very smart to graduate with college credits! Impressive! GretchensMom – From yesterday… Hopefully, I’m done with the troop soon. We just need to settle the bank account and make it official with Girl Scouts. The good thing about being around these girls so much is that I sure know who the nice kids are and who I don’t want my kids to be friends with!@ JR6019 – From yesterday… LOL!!!!!!!!! :-)@ rgcviper – Thanks for always being a calm, funny guy every day!

I find the opposite to be true. I always need to go down a size for a swimsuit. You could sew the tag on the outside of the suit and claim “it is a manufacturing defect”.

I’m a size 6 and since Cathy looks so much heavier than me, I would have thought she was a little larger than a size 9 but since she’s throwing such a hissy fit over being told bathing suits are cut on the smaller side and she has to buy a size 11 instead, then I guess I’ll just have to take her word for it that she is, indeed, a size 9!!!!! ;-)

    Hi, rgcviper!

Why is Cathy in the Junior department? I’ve always seen Junior’s run in odd numbered sizes (7, 9, 11…) Women’s size are usually even (6, 8, 10, 12…).

@ lightenup – glad I was able to help. :-) Thank you we are extremely proud of our son! He went to early college where he completed his high school classes in two years and used the other two for college classes. He’s very close to an associate’s degree.

    @ GretchensMom – I think Cathy looks bigger than a 9 also but I won’t tell if you won’t. :-)

Hello to the rest of the “Cathy” Clan – enjoy the rest of your day!

@Catsarge — from last Thursday — I heard Garrison announce that he had lost his mother last summer on the Mother’s Day broadcast — during the “News from Lake Wobegon” segment.

AACK. The saleslady brought on this reaction herself.

Of course, our Cathy took this reaction to total [eye-roll] status, but still.

@lightenupThanks for your kind words. I enjoy the comic, and even more, interacting with all of you guys.

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
