What was once a most private and personal area of life has become a multi-million-dollar business. It calls to us from the mini-malls...it beckons from the catalogs......it has a section in the video store and acres of retail space all its own...it tantalizes and seduces with an irresistible appeal to our most primal instincts...Goodbye, lingerie. Hello, coordinated storage systems. Cathy: Look! There's a little compartment for every pair of socks!

I like some organization systems, especially for the office, but never got into too much for clothing. I just never found a use for sock organizers, lingerie separators, sweater stackers, flip flop hangers, etc. Maybe I need to organize better, but I feel like once you get rid of all the extra stuff, you don’t really need to buy anything special for the stuff that’s left.Having said that, we were fortunate when we bought our house because a previous owner had put in closet systems (shelves, cabinets, etc) in all of the closets so that’s all I need.Good morning, Cathy clan!! Hope your Monday goes well! It’s a bit chilly here for late April, but I’m enjoying it. Refreshing!

A coordinated storage organization system for someone as DISorganized as Cathy wouldn’t work and would be yet another terrible waste of money but . . . a girl can always dream, I guess!!!!! ;-)

I confess, I do like my sock drawers. I also recently put up a yarn cabinet with glass doors which looks so pretty with all the different colors of yarn — lots better than those bags on the bedroom floor.

I was in the mood for my first personal “AACK” in some time. Lo and behold …
And then I progressed to the usual [eye-roll]. Some things you just can’t (or don’t want to) change.
HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan.
