Cathy, I don’t know how to tell you this, but the IRS really couldn’t care less how much you spent at the mall and at the grocery store last year. That’s not what the itemized deductions are about! eye roll

Legaleagle, my fella swears by Turbo Tax too, but tax filing intimidates me; especially with 2 kids in college and largely covered by scholarships, I’m afraid I’ll do something wrong. Fortunately I have a friend who is a CPA, who does everything he can for me, and who doesn’t charge me too much!

I had to laugh when I saw Cathy’s “crazy eyes” in panel #3. What a hot mess she is!!!!! But then, she wouldn’t be our favorite little nut job in the whole entire world if she were any other way!!!!!!!!!! ;-)
