Hi Everyone… I’m sorry to say but I’m not going to be posting for a few days. My Dad’s cousin, Jim passed away on 22nd January after a long fight with bone cancer. We only found out today.

He had a brilliant sense of humour and a smile for everybody. He was a loving, caring husband for his wife Margaret.

I’m crying as I write this comment… I know he was only a distant relative to me but he was still family. I actually got to know him very well and me and my Mum often bumped into him while we were out and about.

Please forgive me everybody but you’re not going to hear from me in a while. It’s likely I’ll be away for only a few days but it depends.

Gweedo, I’m not sure if your birthday has been or not… If it has then I hope you had a wonderful, special day and Many Happy Belated Returns! If it hasn’t been yet then I want you to have this. I wish I could post it on the actual day but I probably won’t be here.

Stagger Lee, Mikeyj & Eldo… Your ‘Hello Kitty’ images are just FANTASTIC. I loved all of them… Especially ‘Devil Kitty’ that one made me laugh. I hope you all keep this page alive with your creative minds for a long, long, long time to come.

Apologies to anyone who I didn’t reply to from yesteday but I’ve only just found out this upsetting news and I need time to myself.

R.I.P Jimmy… I’m never going to forget you. You’re not suffering anymore.

Smythe was a master of wit, sarcasm, and irony as was Kelly, but Kelly was a true artist in every sense of the word.

as far as I’m concerned, Rock and Roll died when the Beatles broke up… Not counting Japanese pop-punk

Eldo, you’re a good guy and all but, kindly STUFF that Blondie strip already, it’s gotten PLENTY old!!!

To say it in plain English: Kelly could draw better than Smythe or just about anybody else.

A ‘true’ artist is one who can draw a pretty picture in addition to his other skills.

I just think Kelly had the whole package. However, here we are dealing with opinions and personal preferences. You have yours, I have mine.
