Considering that Mona always wears black (is she Goth?) and cultivates looking somber, I’m betting it is a collection of racy underwear…
Whatever the collection might be, it looks like she’s going to have to explain all this to the therapist. That’s when all this is going to come out.
Maybe it’s like the attache case in “pulp fiction” or the trunk in “Repo-Man” …. it’s up to the reader to decide what’s in there …
