    If you stop eating cheese, you can eat all the butter and drink all the whole milk, (4% butter fat, (cheese: 90%)) that you want…I’m lucky, I’ve never liked cheese. Imagine three or four pats of butter on a baked potato at a restaurant, Mmmmmm..Sour cream? .Go for it…Cheese is icky anyway…..

    not sure what kind of cheese you’re talking about, but the ratio on most common cheeses is about 60%fat/30% protein.(most of the remaining 10% is water) whereas butter is about 80% fat and very little (around 1-2%)protein.
