READ D.C.vs Heller, SCOTUS confirmed that “gun ownership” can be regulated, not totally banned, and not one thing Obama has proposed violates that SCOTUS decision, or the Constitution.
Isn’t the phrase “WELL REGULATED militia”???? I say license the guns and test everyone like we do for driving. If we can do it for cars, we can do it for guns. And an age limit might be good, as well as Chris Rock’s idea of only getting a gun if you have a mortgage.
