When I was about 12 years old, I ended up using a car in the parking lot to stop.

On a senior snow trip some kids ploughed into a big drift like that EXCEPT there was a garbage can in the middle of it. 2 broken legs later the trip came to a halt,just like they did. AND IT WAS ALL CAUGHT ON VIDEO! .This was in 1970
His career as a ski instructor came to a sudden snow packed end as she climbed out of the snowbank.
