Actually, the transcendent gem every artist strives for is tenure, providing a nice income for life with little asked in return. Living off grants is idealistic by comparison.
If PACs can get donations, then let Artists organize and get contributions. After govt balances the budget, then I would be glad to support govt helping Artists get started in their careers. Emphasis on ‘get started’.

it’s nice the arts are mentioned in today’s B.C. strip which I like but do y’all have to mention the stupid goverment????!!!
