    For some indirect reasons, my heart breaks for the Newton town parents again.

    I think this is a “global” commentary on separation of school, church and Billy’s house.

    I am so glad I’m not the only one not getting this one. I think it’s a play on the separation of church and state, but it could also be what another poster said that it’s a play on the days of the week, “Sunday snowing, Monday sunny”. Who knows. If I need this much brain power to figure out a comic strip, it’s time for me to move on to the next. Ha!

    @Anandgyan:

    NewtoWn. Newton is in Massachusetts, Newtown is here in Connecticut. The snow is melting here (last snow we had was just before New Year), and the Sun is shining again. For some folks in Newtown the Sun is out again, but for others it will be a very long, dark winter…well beyond mid-March. Thanks for your thoughts!
