I’ve always said that the only difference between the old days when you had a mythical national football champion, and the BCS method, is that the modern mythical national champion likes to pretend it isn’t mythical—but it can’t fool me!
There are 35 bowl champions this year. Their fans all think they are #1. Why mess with a good thing?
