Tracy seems to have a DAO SIG, since the hammer is down after the shots fired in yesterdays strip. I didn’t know that Double Action Only was an available option on a SIG, but I admit, my only SIG is a .22 rifle.

great start to a new year. all three panels are filled with terrific artwork, and DT comes out being heroic and victorious! Lovin’ it!

Happy New Year, Tracy fans and/or junior detectives!At short range, an experienced and steady hand such as Tracy might actually be cool-headed and accurate enough to pull off this kind of trick shot, an old comic book favorite that rarely if ever has occurred in real life. Yes, our favorite detective shot the gun out of Broadway’s hand and seems on course to capture him alive. We still don’t know the fate of Belle or of Stephanie….

2012 was the best year in a long time for Dick Tracy. Mike really found the groove with his story telling, and Joe’s art just got better and better. And the most exciting development in 2012 was the return of Mysta! I suspect the best is yet to come in 2013. Major props to Team Tracy, and Happy New Year to all!

Broadway finally said something intelligent – he doesn’t want to go back to Gotham! I wouldn’t, either! BUT, I’d think twice about staying in Chicago, too! Since guns are outlawed there, and there isn’t any crime, he needs to go somewhere else.

Happy New Year, everyone. Last year at this time we had a couple of B&W strips and then back to color, I expect the same this year.

Fun fact: On this date in 1976, Moon Maid made her last appearance in Gould’s Tracy.

Oh, and the space coupe is fast – Earth to moon in less than an hour.

A creep like Broadway shooting a cutie like Belle, and for what reason? It is true poetic justice to see DT put a slug in that stinker while just using one hand. I hope he suffers (well maybe not). Love the black & white! …. I am not heartless, and I know it’s just a comic and we all know that there are more thugs out there like that double-crossing, blowtorch using, beef kidnapping, ex-convict, not crippled cane using, kill the babe, one-eye blind monocle wearing, ugly-hat wearing, counterfeiting, cigarette holder using ((we all know people that use em aint right)) ;~ (((did I mention that 2 finger nose picking picked nose?))) Broadway Bates. Furthermore he looks bad in a tie, a major reseeding hairline and he is too fat. The only way to get a nose like that is lying and picking it too much. You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose, but you cannot pick your friends nose! Here is some wisdom: do not trust anyone that does not pick his or her nose. I hope they (the gals) have on their Kevlar.

It’s been a wildly entertaining year. With Moon Maid, Retik, and Notta Fallar coming soon, 2013 promises to be crazy good.

Odds are this is not Dick Tracy, but an impersonator. Tracy is in space. It has been suggested MM is not the real one but an imposter, so why wouldn’t be there a bogus DT as well? Bear in mind that space coupés, as somebody pointed out, were not designed to travel at the speed of light! If I am wrong, though, then we got a rushed “Charlie Tuna special” wrap up of the story, right?

I don’t know, but I’d have that convolution rather than a tuna wrap.

…not to be a downer, but some of those “100+” comment days contained a lot of comments that weren’t exactly welcomed by the rest of us…..ie; the running feuds between a few posters who gave an early Christmas to the site by leaving, lol. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
