Nothing worse than driving behind someone with a nasty old stogie on a hot summer day. What a stench! What IS the attraction?
I’m no proponent of smoking, and once when pulling alongside a car, the owner of which was smoking, started to cough, just to be a (richard). However I agree the neighbors are taking it a little too far. I would agree with the wife though.
