A colleague got fired for writing his name in the snow like that. The handwriting was that of the boss’ wife.

“Uh…Shouldn’t the writing be in yellow??”

My first thought was that the syndicate wouldn’t allow it.

“Colorist error” is also a possibility, but on Sunday strips I believe the cartoonists actually specify the coloring when they submit the strip.

I do believe lady lar was answering masterkrain and fritzoid.As reasonable an explanation for blue not yellow as any and rather comic itself.
