One of the online wine and beer supply places sells water kits – different sets of minerals and stuff you add to five gallons of distilled water to get something that supposedly tastes like the expensive stuff.

I’m so old, I remember when water was free….and gas was 25 cents a gallon. ’course folks only made $4 a hour and were glad to get that much.
