Pretty talented kid, huh?

Got into Dave Brubeck in high school. Believe it or not, it was learning to follow his complex rhythms under simple melodies that got me into heavy metal music…

No way that kid can read 5/4 signature.

I remember his drummer playing Shortnin’ Bread as a drum solo

Thanks for all the wonderful music, Mr. Brubeck. It will brighten lives for many generations. R.I.P.

There was a coffee bar where I was born where the Juke box had lots or Brubek.

He died? Oh no… What a brilliant musical mind!
