No. You’re wrong. Curbside trash pick-up is a monthly bill, included with water and sewage. It is not tax-payer funded. At least, not here in this part of Florida it isn’t.

Mr. Payne: first sentence is correct. Second sentence has no relationship to the first. I defy you to find one single person who will agree to both those statements, especially when one follows the other.
