    Tripe is really the lining of the cow’s stomach not the intestines. I had it and it’s really good but an aquired taste for some.

    Chit’lins are something you should cook over at your vacationing neighbor’s house due to the smell but, once cooked, are not so bad….

    I have a problem with food odors from cooking. Thank God for microwaves.
