You know, the White House didn’t create the way overused title of ‘czar’ as that has been mostly a media construct done, apparently, for self amusement and foolishness.
Prefecture? since when? Maybe they should run a storyline where the rubes in PC petition to secede and Winslow/Kevin have to clean up the mess.
