It’s a dirty job but somebody’s got to do it.

Even being a cat person myself, I dislike doing the litter box.

Really? What are Earl’s legs resting on? Can’t be on the railing since it runs behind the chair. ???!!

That must mean that Opal is through using the litter box?

Just what we say in Vegas,,," It’s a rough life here in the desert…but somebody’s got to do it. " lol

Where on earth do they live, where they can SEE the stars?

Why is it Earl’s job? He is a dog lover, Opal like the cat.

@milaniaLet us not forget the furniture it claws to pirces and the ubiquitous pet hair all over the place that transfers to our suits and other clothes and even into our food, the unique diseases it introduces into the home…Based on past strips, Earl doesn’t even like Muffin. Muffin lives in this home to please Opal, so why should Earl clean the cat toilet?

I think Opal got Muffin in retaliation against Earl getting Roscoe. Neither really likes the other’s pets.
