We still cut down our own tree. And even though the tree has nothing to do with Jesus, I like the smell of it in the house during these dark, cold days.
My mom always bought and decorated the tree by herself. Nobody else could please her (That blue one is too low. The red is too close to the yellow.) so we just let her at it.
