Actually, Wally, being Jewish, would probably say, “Ma nishtanah ha yom hazeh.” It’s a riff on an important question in the Passover Seder ritual, and essentially means, “So why should today be any different?”

They need to either be bribbed… (Did we say 1 gift…we meant 3.) or blackmailed (Oh you are going to wish you only got 1 gift) to shut them up

Oh those two are just being bratty now. I agree with Shortstraw (every time), threaten to take away gifts if either give it away AND I’d take one away from each of them just for that phone call. They can’t play innocent on this one.
