All who signed the pledge should have been run out of Congress on the first day, period.

I wish Grover and McConnell would both quit their jobs or get fired!

Both of them put political games above the good of the country it’s we the people. Most voters want the tax rate raised on the richest 1-2%. They don’t want to pay higher taxes than them, who can afford it. those the tax rate increase lower than the middle class. GOP needs public morality, not private ( who is doing hat in their own homes and bodies).

If we’re going to dream…how about we invade those offshore banks in the Cayman Islands. If Reagan could invade Grenada and be a legend, I’m sure we could get support from the military-industrial complex.

“Your representative owes you, not his industry only, but his judgment; and he betrays, instead of serving you, if he sacrifices it to your opinion.” – Edmund BurkeHow much worse, then if he sacrifices any judgment to a single individual arbitrarily and without options?

Nicely put. Here’s a slight variation: I pledge allegiance to Grover Norquist and the Corporate State of America.

Tigger- wrong, wrong and wrong. You seem to see all decisions as “all of this” or “all of that”, with no middle ground. This is a classic form of flawed logic.1. Some but not all of the GOP House and Senate members have cancelled their pledge to Grover. He’s getting weaker by the day, but has a way to go.2. 95%? Where did that come from. There is quite a bit of middle-ground between 35% and 95%.3. Spending cuts will go into effect if Congress doesn’t act on a list of alternatives. There is much more than the Bush Tax Cuts on the table.

And a threat from the Koch Brothers: don’t raise our taxes or we’ll finance a Tea Party patsy to beat you in the next primary.

I’ll say it again,Grover Norquist is a foreign agent bent on destroying America. Or he is a total ass. Take your pick.

Ima said taxes will go up $2000. Blame the Republicans!Obama has been saying that the middle class cuts should be extended, but the Republicans are still holding out for cuts for Trump, etc. It was Jenna Jameson who said during the campaign “If you rich you need to vote for a Republican!”

Fool having his money taken by the very rich you kiss butt so deeply to. Not jealous of the rich just angry at those who are gaming our system and corrupting it. Ruining our form of govt in the process. Do you like being a slave? Look up feudalism. We are nearly there.^^Right, and, if you try to fight these selfish people (Who have many times the money they could ever need) for a fair “piece of the pie”, they close shop and run to China < Job creators…. but, not HERE
