Not liking this story arc at all. Was hoping for something happier from GA in the time leading up to Christmas :-( We see too much of this on the news, already….

I bet Scancarelli was a bully too when he wasa kid in school.

Gimminy whiskers, man-this is not good. Give us a break, will ya. After all, it’s Christmas. Lighten up.

That kid on the right looks like a young Slim.

Anyway, Boog said some of his friends are bears. What will happen when these bullies meet a real bear?

Maybe it is some sort if initiation?

i still say this has no business on a comic…i no longer care how this is resolved.

I’m thinking like Mineola. Jim was a victim. For those who are contemplating dropping this strip because of the current arc, my suggestion is, Hang loose. I believe Jim will resolve this is in a very Christmassy manner. Jogger2 is onto something about Boog’s relationship with the animals. And remember that the woods are Boog’s element. I’m going to watch and see what happens.

The bullies have forgotten the old saying, “Sometimes you eat the bear. Sometimes the bear eats you.” I have a feeling that they will have something scared out of them that I won’s say and the strip can’t show. Hopefully, the bus driver will notice some missing passengers.

Do you believe in miracles?

Not the best timing for this but it has some value in making us aware of the hidden violence some people carry. Prayers for the children and parents of Conn.

Before this story ends, these bullies will be baking cookies and cupcakes along side of Boog … just in time for Christmas .. I hope!

This bully arc has got to end. Am not enjoying it one bit.

Even in idyllic GA there are/were folks that aren’t too nice – Lil, Pert and now “Bear” and his boys. Rather than psychoanalyze Jim, I’m content to follow along to a conflict resolution. In the world I grew up in, it rarely ended fairly and the unjust flexed their will and power in school.

They took him out where the real bear can hear him.

Mr. Scancarelli had o way of knowing what one location of dreadful murder of so many sweet children.I hope those bully’s get what is coming.

Gotta’ be a reason for this theme now…. better be.

Maybe it will somehow end with Boog getting what he really needs for Christmas: sclerae & irises.

Time for Boog to go in full Coward Of The County mode (see Kenny Rogers song for details) and administer a serious adrenalin-fueled attitude adjustment.

No more of the dragging Boogie into the woods to do harm. Plaease enough already. Like the others said..it is Christmas so please let;s be happy…not ugly.
