You could also look at it this way … the election might have been a bigger blowout and more seats may have changed hands in congress if they hadn’t pumped the money in. Count on Rove and the Kochs and Adelson to be back for more “giving” in the next elections.
If Romney had won, even by one electoral vote, the right would be screaming about how ‘the people have spoken’, ‘America wants to go in a different direction’, etc., etc. Since he lost I haven’t heard many of them say that America wanted to go in the same direction, have you.

People have been making fun of Karl Rove for at least a decade. That man is F’n scary. Even “Family Guy” did a spoof on him helping Stan run for deacon of his church.
As a Canadian (And a Liberal), I am glad to see that the USA made the correct choice; Obama is about the voting public, not about the “Elites” stuck in their ivory towers claiming that they need govmt tax handouts to “create jobs”… Apparently, they don’t realise that creating jobs in China doesn’t count to voters in the USA
