True, Ima, I am a moron. I admit it. It’s amazing I got through so much schooling with such a limited IQ. Can’t type too much more here, though, I gotta get to the Global Warming Church. We’re working to get our Tax-Free status upheld by Internal Revenue. And thanks in advance for your donation to our collection plate.

Obama and the Dems plan to use the “crisis” of “the fiscal cliff” to start many, many new taxes on all Americans, beginning maybe with the carbon tax.IMO, the Democrat “solution” will create a New Recession, maybe leading to the 2nd Depression.

People don’t realize that a “small” tax here, and a “small” fee there, soon add up to a lot! The American people are struggling as it is, so piling on additional costs will be a huge burden. American businesses are struggling, so adding additional costs will mean the loss of many jobs.

Soon, the Great Depression will look like a good time compared to what we’ll have!

The statements of this administration, and many folks, for many years, has been that if Americans faced the costs of other countries for fossil fuels, they might finally start to conserve, instead of waste them. About $8.40 a gallon in New Zealand, over $6 for some time in Europe, and oh yes, $0.38 a gallon in Iraq, have shown how “smart” we’ve been. About that $420 per gallon cost to provide fuel to our tanks and trucks in Afghanistan, now THERE is some “clever policy”!!

A Cap and trade program was instituted in California on November 14, 2012. It is another grand plan for California to reduce emissions and develop alternative fuel sources. The 2 year “soft intro period” will probably just give businesses time to relocate to other states. That has been the result of most of California’s environmental programs of late.

Ima hasn’t got the memo — the GOP has simply got to stop being the party of stupid. Why do you continue to back ideas that were proven false thirty years ago? Does truth really matter that much less than money for rich people?

bobwinners said, about 2 hours agoDealing with a problem… that is what this is all about. I’d much appreciate suggestions rather than bunk.-(end bunk quote of bob)-Carbon is not a “Problem”….Carbon is necessary to human and planet life.Liberals use “Junk Science” to invent “problems” to solve with higher taxes and more government intrusion and expansion.-Wise citizens see through Liberal skullduggery.

Justice; thanks for explaining the real world of Halliburton supply to MIckey. At least the gas doesn’t electrocute our troops like their showers do!

BTW, just before the election, our gas prices went to $4.30, and they said to blame Obama: two days after the election, we’re back down to $3.65. Same gas coming from the storage tank, but “politics” costs even more than transportation, especially when you’re in a town where one guy has a monopoly at all stations, and supported Romney.

So if there is no natural gas then geologicly oil is unlikely and coal while still possible is likely not in abundance.

    If you are getting

    HydroNuclearWindSolar

Then you will not be paying a carbon tax on electricity. Now either you have failed to take this into consideration or you have bought into fearmongering superpacs who tell you that anyone who opposes fracking eats children for breakfest
