It’s not sold there, if I remember right, because the Coca Cola company has chosen not to ship it to those countries due to their dictatorships…not because the countries don’t allow it to be sold there.

Coke and Pepsi used to have their corners in the USA also. At one time, Coke was readily available in Dallas. A brother-in-law that lived in Dallas would stock up on Pepsi when he visited us in Illinois as it was hard to find in Dallas, at that time.

Last time I was in Cuba (Guantanamo Base 1989) they still sold coke (on the base). Maybe they don’t sell it in the rest of the country, I don’t know, we weren’t allowed off the base.
