In the House Natural Resources Committee, not intentionally a cartoon, “Doc” Hastings calls every proposed bill that all the Republicans, and NONE of the Democrats support, time and time again, “bipartisan”, as does Boehner in all the other committees. THAT is why there is a mess in D.C., and why this country suffers.
