    It’s not exactly class warfare, but the message is clear. I’ll bet that a lot of zillionaires spent more on trying to buy the presidential election than they would ever have to fork over in increased federal income taxes.

    So…..the rich guy’s unhappy while the service staff (which he enjoys being able to fire) are happy? Makes sense.

    I do too – I bet the “servants” are middle-class. If I ever get that way, I would have servants, but if their candidate won, I’d give ’em the next day off. (with directions to not get drunk….)

    What is puzzling is the number of “non-rich” throughout the red states who still voted for Mitt Moneybags.

    @walrus,those red states were voting for the war on women, gays and immigrants

    “i got mine, they don’t get theirs’.

    the republican message or war and hate against their fellow americans failed, and i hope to the great spaghetti monster in the sky, those planks are disassembled and never come back.

    the republican message of hate over country didn’t sell this time around. hopefully karl roves strategy of the last few decades of lie, repeat, lie, will fall away and make a more pleasant future – i can hope.

    the next morning at gosford park….and, all those rich people like the kocks, adelsons, tramp, etc…who say they will fire people if obama is elected, anyone yet? and, if they fire everyone, who will run their business and their household? some of those riches don’t know how to wipe. finally, if you want to make $$$$$ in america, start a superpac. stupid rich people will flood your superpac, and it doesn’t even matter if your candidate wins or not, you still get paid.

    @darren blair:

    I am sorry you are in the position that you are in, and wish you well for the future. Keep in mind that there are many Americans who do not think you are a criminal for having fallen on hard times. Pay attention, though, to the people who do, and note their political affiliation. You might be surprised.

    Fact free & clueless! You’re my kind of guy, I wish there were more like you.The tax doesn’t take effect until 2018 & you only get taxed on your insurance if you have an exceptionally expensive insurance plan.The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010) imposes an annual excise tax on plans with premiums exceeding $10,200 for individuals or $27,500 for a family (not including vision and dental benefits) starting in 2018The average annual premiums in 2012 are $5,615 for single coverage and $15,745 for family coverage.
