Anything to make a buck. How about they just make a cell phone that is just a phone. Probably would make millions.

if you have used apples stuff, and paid for their software and apps, then ipad 4 is for you. but, if are new to the tablet, and don’t want to pay for many apps, nexus 7 or note 2, or tab 2.
