Vets give so much and get little in return. Taken them for granted. I see the young ones in the WaWa close to the air base in NJ and I thank them, they look at me as if I’m nuts. I get overwhelmed sometimes. My brother served in VN and I know the dangers and worry our family felt until he came home. He wasn’t the same person when he returned, body and mind was different.
