This isn’t that far off the mark. Back in 2007, Sean Hannity said Hallowe’en “turned kids into liberals” by teaching them to go asking for handouts.

It’s funny how he keeps on about Voter ID laws but has never addressed that Rhode island has a Voter ID law that was endorsed by a Black Democrat Senator (Harold Metz) and is popular in minority groups.
