That’s funny – because it IS a lie, and you’re afraid to hear the truth. Obamacare SAVES $700 billion in reimbursements to medical providers.

Another lie – while Iran has enriched uranium, it’s all low grade – less than 20% U235. True weapons grade uranium is 90+% U235.

I have liked Joe Biden since he entered politics. He is a good, honest man(outside of politics), and he has walked the walk…talking the talk all the way. I’d have a beer with him any day. I trust him.I liked Romney when I first heard about hm. He received a lot of credit for his leadership with the Olympics. News from Mass on what he was doing as Governor was moderate and seemed to take people into account. His healthcare plan was highly touted as a great foundation upon which to build a Healthcare plan. But I didn’t know him. I voted for him in the Republican primaries in Virginia as he convinced me in the debates he was the most moderate man up there, though the Mass. Mitt was obviously gone. But I didn’t know him like I know Joe. I do not trust Romney, and the more I learn of Ryan, the less I trust him.I hope I have not, and will not, ever vilify them the way I see them and Obama/Biden abused in these comments. Just because I feel Romney thinks profits globally and does not care about profits, or people, nationally, doesn’t make it right to verbally tar and feather him. But it does make it important for me to write to my politicians and to vote against him. Without letting air out of Romney supporter tires- Google Huckabee and air out of tires.Respectfully,C.

Biden’s lies are PROVEN. Like trying to tell us the Libyan embassy didn’t request more security. The left would crucify a republican in office for Fast and Furious, today’s massive gas prices, super high unemployment, etc., but the lying libs try to tell us to ignore all the problems under Obama- who promised so much and not only delivered almost nothing, but has actually dragged us down with ever growing debt.

But they will NEVER hold him accountable for anything. They’ll always deflect the blame for anything bad onto Republicans, but they will give credit to Obama for ANYTHING good that ever happens.

That’s the liberal philosophy. Take no responsibility, blame others and and accuse others of what you yourself do.

Had an epiphany of sorts yesterday! Realized how many in the “don’t blame Bush”, and “Bush isn’t president anymore” folks are flying, wearing, or posting on their vehicles; the Confederate battle flag!

Where’s the quote from McConnell? “My goal is to make Obama a one term president.”

Prominent doctors do Not accept new Medicare patients. This is something to consider when legislating mandates. There can be unintended consequences. Progressives probably do not use Medicare, so they have not noticed the trend.

To me, when a person laughs and changes the subject when receiving a direct question/statement- that person should not be trusted.

I notice that one of the lines in the background says “Worst recovery since the Great Depression” — I guess that follows “Worst Financial Crisis Since the Great Depression” — and when did that start?

Replied more fully to you in the Ramsey toon, saw that one first…I listened to the Thomas hearings on the radio while building a fence in my backyard. Joe was still new to me then and I did find him abrasive. My opinion of Mr. Thomas as a potential chief justice probably made me more sympathetic to Biden’s manner. The next time I saw him was when he was on the foreign relations committee and, compared to too many other politicians from both sides of the aisle, thoughtful. Theatrical…but thoughtfulAfter that, the loss of so many in his family, his rising above that tragedy to be the father his surviving children needed…it is a compeling and honorable story and I am a sucker for an honor story.I think I missed the vote on the Bush wars comment, but even Hillary Clinton voted for Bush to be able to invade Iraq if he decided it was needed. It was pretty overwhelming in its support for Bush, but few of the Dems actually thought he would do it without more proof. Are you sure Biden wasn’t doing what so many dems have done since 2003? “We voted for the right for him to go to war, but we didn’t actually vote for the war itself.” I think Hilary used it a few times when Obama accused her of voting for the war during the 2008 primaries.I don’t know and now it’s midnight.Talk to you again soon, Howgozit.Hope it goze good. ;)Respectfully,C.

He’s smiling at the BS the romney/ryan ticket is trying to sell the public as to how they would be better. But r/r will not provide any facts or information.Next week I will give a comprehensive report here as to what the republicans have in store for us and it will be the most damaging thing you have ever heard. Trust Me*.Spend a few minutes investigating the damage this administration has caused without providing any facts or information. Just for your edification.

I note how all the important issues fade into the background in this cartoon so Ramirez can concentrate on Biden’s smiles.

That’s all conservatives have left to criticize..Not true. You’ve missed the point of the toon. How can he be all smiles when so much of this admins’ (which he is a part of) efforts have been the cause of all of the issues in the background?

We have a difference of perception. While Joe, being Joe, freely interjected comment, much more than did Ryan, he was-in MY opinion, sources of information, and paradigm, more accurate and humanitarian in opinion than Ryan. Joe also, in MY opinion, interrupted his opponent AND moderator much less than did Romney in the previous debate.Factcheck.org gives great detail on debate accuracy. No debate has yet convinced me that either party has a plan to regain bipartisanship and not only fix this country, but heal it from the wounds inflicted on it by the self interested from both parties.Regarding the Chinese- I suppose they feel much like many Americans right now. Underpaid, undervalued, and in little control of their future without destabilizing their country and endangering their lives. If you are wealthy, you are happy, if you a poor, you are desperate, if you are in the ‘middle class’, you are very very concerned. The Chinese I know, ARE all Americans or have their paperwork in process. But we’ve not talked about the issues you raise. The only ones wanting to see Apple brought down are its competitors. Our capitalist system has become cannibalistic and the big fish eat the smaller. Money doesn’t get spent in case its needed to prevent a hostile takeover, or take advantage to perform one. Americans hate to see something good brought down.. We love to see the corrupt and dishonest brought down, but, if we perceive a person, thing, or situation to be good, it brings generally makes us sad.I don’t have a single Apple product. But what they have done has made the companies I have bought from make better things. That’s where capitalism does some of its greatest benefit.Respectfully,C.

Romney absolutely did NOT roll his eyes or laugh though he smiled often. Romney was rougher on Leherer, in my opinion, than he was on Obama, but he did, and once again this is my opinion, dominate the conversation, but not the topics. I don’t think Joe’s laughter was false. Whether or not you think he should, I think he was having fun up there and was truly enjoying himself.I still feel we saw more of the Mitt Romney from 2008 than the one running in the Republican primaries. If your party wins, which Romney do you think we’ll have? The Moderate from Mass?, the Republican Primary Conservative?, or something else?Respectfully,C.

For weeks, well, months, Ryan told every questioner about his “plan”, I don’t have numbers now, but wait for the debate, and I will tell you the numbers. At the debate, when asked again for those numbers, ANY specifics, his answer was again, zero, null, nada, nothing.

If Ryan’s fabrications and dodging weren’t such a joke, after all these months, Joe might not have had so much too laugh about.

From my progressive viewpoint, Gore Bane’s candidate will not serve him as he hopes. However, friends of my parents who thought they would be enjoying their retirement are, like Gore Bane, working or looking for work to supplement what little they do recieve and have sacrificed treasures of their past for mere survival. While the tone of the post to which you have responded may have struck you as you’ve written, under the circumstances he describes for the life he and his wife have, his bitterness is understandable and deserves compassion, not ridicule. “I do not agree with your opinion, but I will defend to the death your right to speak it.” said Voltaire, Webster, and others. Instead of calling him and Whaambulance(liked the play on word if not the use), show him some CPR, courtesy politeness and respect.Respectfully,C.
