I can’t deny if I had superpowers I’d attempt to capitalise on it, but not at the expense of others directly. Bixby’s right, he’s better off with endorsements.

Negotiate deals that allow others to use his image and/or name. Just imagine him negotiating a deal whereby he get’s 45% of the profits off his name/image used in a product. The Hamhock Power Pig basic action figure sells for $5.99 so Hamhock makes about $2.70 off each figure sold (actually $2.6955 rounded up to the nearest cent). A thousand sold in a day would mean Hamhock get’s $2,695.50 just of the dolls. Then there’s the Hamhock Power Pig Adventure Playset, it can be yours for just $49.99, Hamhock making about $22.50 off eac one. In a day a hundred are sold so Hamhock nets $2,249.55.

Endorsements are good, but he can negotiate for more money to allow folks the rights to his image/name. As long as he keeps control over them. Technically an endorsement would just make him a pitch person for anyone’s product (kinda like all the cereals Ralston has been the spokesrabbit for, or in the real world Michael Jordan endorsing Haines products). They would just pay him to advertise the product. But if their using his name/image they would have to negotiate a license for the rights to use it. And then he could hit them again by endorsing the product.

With great power comes great responsibility. People keep forgetting that. To help others who can’t help themselves. Kindness before capitalism.
